Dispatch & Shipping

At Morandi Home, we always aim to provide you with a fast and reliable delivery service. All orders are processed within 24 hours after purchasing and will arrive in 1-3 business days. For rural addresses, please expect additional 1-2 working days. There might be a slight delay during weekends, New Zealand public holidays and other busy promotional & holiday periods.

Wrong address. Please double check the address you provide, we are not responsible for any packages that end up lost or delayed due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.


Missed your parcel? You may receive a Card to Call to redirect or collect your package from the courier. It is the responsibility of the buyer to re-organise shipping with the delivery company. If your parcel is returned to us, we will contact you and you have the option to either receive a refund (excluding shipping costs), or we will re-deliver it to you at a shipping cost of $10.

As soon as we have shipped your order, you will receive an email notification with a direct tracking link.

To make tracking even easier, create an account with us, so that all your tracking links and previous orders are easily visible in your account.

Return & Exchange

Due to the delicate nature of our products, each item is carefully packed with recyclable styrofoam, expanded polyethylene (EPE) or bubble wrap. We will try our best to make your products arrive in perfect condition*.

*Please note that since our products are hand-crafted, the finish, colour, marks, specs and ceramic lines may vary. This is a result of the natural firing or glazing process of our pieces and a showcase of the individuality of each item. It is not considered faulty as some imperfections on selected designs are intentional.


If you would still like to return or exchange your item due to a change of mind:


• Items may be returned within 14 days of your parcel being delivered

• All returns need to be in original condition and original packaging
• The original shipping cost is non-refundable and return shipping cost is at your expense
• Items purchased at a discounted rate (e.g. 10% off) or on a promotion (e.g. gift with purchase) can not be refunded or exchanged unless faulty

• Please use packing materials or boxes to protect the items while returning them so that they are in a resellable condition. If the product arrives poorly packaged and damaged, this will void your request.


If you meet all of the above conditions, contact our customer service team at hello@morandi.co.nz to start the return process.


Once we have processed your return, the parcel will be inspected to ensure it's in its original condition. We aim to issue you a refund within 3-10 days of receiving the returned item. If you are returning a product that was purchased using a Morandi Gift Card, your refund will be credited in the form of another Morandi Gift Card.

Wrong order received. If you have received the wrong order please email us at hello@morandi.co.nz as soon as it arrives and we will replace it once the incorrect product has been returned back to us.


Order cancellations.
Once your order has been received & packed by our dispatch team, we are not able to cancel or refund your order. If you have purchased using Afterpay or Laybuy, please be aware that changes or cancellations cannot be made to your order once confirmed.

Damages

If, in the unfortunate event, your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at hello@morandi.co.nz or call 020 422 0010 within 48 hours, so we can find the best solution for you.

Pre-orders

We offer pre-ordering for the selected collections we are launching. The estimated date of delivery will be listed on the product page. We will try our best to follow these dates, however, these dates are subject to change if unexpected delays occur. We will keep you updated via email.

By placing a pre-order, you understand that the estimated date of delivery cannot be guaranteed. Pre-orders can not be refunded, however, we can offer a store credit for you to enjoy other products if you decide to cancel the pre-orders.
